About the Event
Come and take part in a female fitness session that focuses on both body and mind with the goal of strengthening your physical and mental wellbeing.
Each session starts with a wellness check-in to see how everyone’s week has been. We then get our bodies moving and hearts pumping with a fun full body workout that will positively impact your energy levels and how you feel. Lastly, we slow things down, take some deep breaths and end with a relaxing stretch, so that you leave feeling a positive impact on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
The session lasts 50 minutes and is a combination of discussion and activity, with a big focus on strengthening your mind and body to promote physical and mental well-being. These Mind and Body Wellness sessions for We Are Real project, brought by Motiv8 Sports and Fitness under the Girls Unite programme, funded by Sported UK.
