I believe we can always find ways to be the best version of ourselves, no matter what is happening around us.
Mind & Body Wellness Sessions, every Wednesday with Lisa, will consist of meaningful discussions about things that impact you, such as your wellbeing, mindset, motivation and resilience.
After our discussion, we will slow things down, take some deep breaths and relax whilst we go through some light stretches, yoga poses, mindfulness or meditation, so that you leave feeling a positive impact on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
The session lasts 50 minutes and is a combination of discussion and activity, with a big focus on strengthening your mind and body to promote physical and mental well-being.
