About the Event
Come and take part in a fitness session that focuses on both body and mind with the goal of strengthening your physical and mental wellbeing.
Each session starts with a wellness check-in to see how everyone’s week has been. We then get our bodies moving and hearts pumping with a fun full body workout that will positively impact your energy levels and how you feel. Lastly, we slow things down, take some deep breaths and end with relaxing stretches, so that you leave feeling a positive impact on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
The session lasts 50 minutes and is a combination of discussion and activity, with a big focus on strengthening your mind and body to promote physical and mental well-being. These Mind and Body Wellness sessions for We Are Real project, brought by Motiv8 Sports and Fitness under the Girls Unite programme, funded by Sported UK.
